Court Unfairly Refuses Rakhal Raha Case

Court Refuses to Accept the Case: Legal Loopholes Blocking Justice!

Can legal complexities and administrative barriers completely deny justice? Today’s reality suggests so! Once again, the Cyber Tribunal Court Unfairly Refuses Rakhal Raha Case, citing legal loopholes and irrelevant excuses.

Rakhal Raha is living a healthy lifestyle while sitting in an important position in the government despite committing such a great injustice, we need to know why Court Unfairly Refuses Rakhal Raha Case,

In this country, people of every religion have equal rights to practice their religion with equal rights. No one should exaggerate someone’s religion. Then why 90% of the total population of this country will attack the religion of Islam? Will they ever be judged?

Previously, a complaint was filed at Motijheel Police Station, but they also did not register the case. This morning, on March 2, 2025, the plaintiff, accompanied by two lawyers, arrived at the Cyber Tribunal to submit the case. However, the document officer first stated that since the plaintiff was affiliated with an anti-discrimination movement, approval from the public prosecutor (PP) would be required before registering the case.

Legal Loopholes Begin

When the lawyers approached the PP, he outright rejected it, saying, “Not happening!” The lawyers then explored an alternative approach—changing the identity of the plaintiff to bypass the restriction. But the document officer insisted, “It cannot be accepted without the PP’s note!”

When they returned to the PP, he redirected them to speak with the judge about Court Unfairly Refuses Rakhal Raha Case . After a hearing, the lawyers informally presented the case file. However, the judge dismissed it immediately, saying, “The plaintiff is from Chattogram; the case cannot be filed here.”

The lawyers argued that the issue was a national concern, but the judge responded that there was an advisory restriction on accepting cases from anti-discrimination activists (as later revealed by the lawyers to journalists). When the lawyers tried to continue the discussion, the judge threw the file aside dismissively and said, “Not happening! Go to Chattogram.”

The Rakhal Raha case highlights alarming legal hurdles that can block justice. Despite multiple attempts, the Cyber Tribunal has refused to accept the case, citing legal loopholes and bureaucratic excuses. Previously, Motijheel Police Station also declined to register the complaint. The plaintiff and lawyers faced obstacles from court officials and the public prosecutor, who dismissed their request outright. Even the judge refused to proceed, citing jurisdiction issues. Now, the legal team plans to resubmit the case while removing the plaintiff’s activist identity. With increasing public interest, will justice be served, or will legal barriers continue to deny it?

New Strategy from the Plaintiff & Lawyers

However, the plaintiff and lawyers are not giving up! They plan to resubmit the case tomorrow at 10 AM after removing the anti-discrimination activist’s identity from the documents. Additionally, they are working to bring in stronger legal representation and have arranged for a press briefing.

Strange Legal Condition!

Before leaving the court, another shocking revelation came to light—the plaintiff must submit their mobile phone to the court, and it will remain in custody until the investigation is complete!

An ordinary citizen seeking justice has already spent over seven days going from police stations to courtrooms, climbing six floors multiple times, yet justice remains elusive. The focus is on bureaucratic excuses rather than the merit of the case!

What Should We Do Now?

So, what is our role in this? Should we just sit back, do our prayers, and hope to enter the highest ranks of paradise—or should we take a stand against injustice? Why Court Unfairly Refuses Rakhal Raha Case? We need justic.

O Allah! Guide us to the right path and make justice accessible for all. Ameen!

Incidentally, quite some time ago Rakhal Raha insulted Almighty Allah and His Messenger Hazrat Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam through his poetry. All the Muslims including the common people protested and demanded the execution of Rakhal Rahar. Although he was not arrested, he was removed from his post.
